Tangelo, a leading food benefits platform, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join its team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring Tangelo’s customers receive the best possible support and service. You’ll help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide expert guidance to help our customers get the most out of our platform.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner leveraging strong critical thinking skills
  • Guide customers through the platform and its features
  • Perform research on customer issues as needed, including researching transactions, order
    fulfillment issues, troubleshooting technical errors and research as required
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and be a voice for the customer
  • Continuously learn about Tangelo’s products and services in order to be an expert resource for customers


  • At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Comfortable and effective working remotely
  • Empathy, Passion and Drive to WOW the Customer!
  • Proficiency with Google Suite & other internet based systems
  • A passion for helping people
  • Bi-lingual a plus but not required
