Mina Foundation is a public benefit corporation serving the Mina Protocol, the world’s lightest blockchain. Mina Protocol’s native cryptocurrency is the first cryptocurrency with a lightweight, constant-sized blockchain. The Foundation supports participants, strategically allocates resources, ensures network health and security, and champions Mina in the wider world.

Mina Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and executive team in all aspects of the company’s operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and exceptional communication skills.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments as well as external contacts.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage important documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization of company events and functions.
  • Manages budgets related to office expenses, events, or projects, ensuring cost-effective choices.
  • Undertake special projects assigned by the leadership team


  • Works EU timezone
  • 5+ years experience as an executive assistant supporting a C-level executive or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English as well as at least one of German, French or Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Notion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the blockchain industry but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related nice to have
