[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager @Darkroom

We are seeking an experienced growth Marketing leader to join our e-commerce agency focused on serving restaurant groups.

 

As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for a small portfolio of game-changing restaurant brands that have engaged with Darkroom to accelerate their growth. You are one-half management consultant — spending your day diagnosing inefficiencies within restaurants digital presence and marketing programs — and one-half growth leader. This is a client-facing position meant for the best and brightest in growth marketing, capable of leveraging their unique skillset.

 

This is a full-time contract role, paid on a 12 month basis. Fully remote position that supports teams working in US Eastern Standard/Daylight Time and should be flexible to support and work in these times.

Pay rate: $1.8-2K USD/mo

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with restaurant partners and their work teams (Restaurants, Q-Commerce, Franchises, Dark Kitchens, etc.)

  • Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant clients, including diagnosing their online business & building an action plan

  • Manage a team of Growth Managers who function as a hybrid of an account manager & e-commerce manager

  • Plan & execute growth activities on direct-to-consumer and 3rd party delivery apps

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including retention marketing, design, menu ops, and analytics, to deliver sales growth for clients

  • Lead client business reviews, tracking performance & sharing key insights that drive future strategic decisions

  • Expert grasp of direct-to-consumer positioning and interpretation of KPIs (visibility, operations, conversion, and repurchase).

  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio/Looker, Power BI, and Excel.

  • Experience working with food delivery apps (UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub)
