Position Description

We have reached the 4th year of international operations and got the worldwide recognition of 1.5 million moms-to-be and their families.

We strive to make high-quality medical-based content that benefits users, making our app very attractive to global leaders of FMCG, Pharma, and e-Commerce. Communicating with the target audience through amma helps businesses build solid relationships, and app users get pleasant bonuses and helpful information.

The Lead Sales Manager’s mighty mission is to establish such relations through different advertising formats and significantly increase revenue in LATAM Spanish-speaking countries.

Responsibilities:

Your work will include programmatic sales, direct sales (native articles, co-branding, co-registration), and DMP.

  • Maintain the full cycle of sales: qualify leads; contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails; present our company to potential clients; close the transactions;
  • Prepare commercial offers and media plans;
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects;
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

We are looking for:

  • Proven successful experience in online advertising sales;
  • Experience with international brands;
  • Knowledge of core services: targeted advertising, mobile marketing;
  • Understanding the differences between CPC, CPM, CPA, ROMI, CPI;
  • Desire to learn, develop and gain new knowledge;
  • Spanish – Advanced (C2). English – Upper-intermediate (C1) fluent and more.

Hiring process:

  1. Interview with HR and Head of Sales – 60 min via Zoom in English;
  2. Test task – 3 hours of homework, when it’s comfortable;
  3. Interview with LATAM&USA Head of Sales – 30-60 min via Zoom in English.
